▶ Main advantage of this machine
1. QTF4-15 is a multi-function fully automatic fly ash brick making machine, it can make many kinds of color-faced pavements,color-faced grass-planting bricks and curb bricks, as well hollow blocks and interlocking wall bricks by changing different molds.
2. The machine adopts hydraulic moulding technology, it can assure the block machine have stable and high-efficiency working status, and the blocks produced are of better quality,larger density and higher strength.
3. The block moulds are made of 16# manganese steel and adopt precise line cutting technology and carburizing heat treatment technology.
4. QTF4-15C is full-automatic production line. It can produce 1500-40000pcs blcoks per shift.The capacity varies according to the size and type of the brick.

The factory has 4 raw material warehouses, 6 production workshops and 4 finished product warehouses. The total area is as high as more than 1,500 square meters, and there are 6 automated brick production lines and accessories production lines. High-frequency regular workshop overhauls ensure that the quality of each machine is fully guaranteed.
