♦ First of all, the demand of local electricity must be taken into consideration. Generally used hollow block making machine is inseparable from three-phase electricity. It’s the basic condition. Only with the electricity can the hollow brick machine run normally.
♦ Secondly, customize right block moulds according to your local market demand. Before you are certain about the brick type you need, you mustn’t blindly buy brick machines.
♦ Thirdly, you must consider the brick material. For example, if the wall thickness is thicker, the granules of raw material should be thicker, and the thin wall should be made of finer raw materials. Different raw materials should be selected according to different products, so as to achieve the appearance quality of the cement block produced.
